DoD Gaming Registration Agreement:
Welcome to the beginning of the DoD Gaming recruitment process. Your application will consist of entering information such as your Real name, active email address,real location information(ip location), with an entrance exam which will determine if your application is accepted or rejected. DoD Gaming has a high volume of applications for our Community and we only accept new members who are ENTHUSIASTIC about Gaming with us and want to PARTICIPATE in SUPPORTING our PURPOSE. Playing with our group events every week will give you more of an advantage of being accepted over users who don't.
DoD Gaming Code Of Conduct:
You must be 18 or older to join DoD Gaming Community. No under 18 are accepted. Members are required to use their FULL REAL NAME only for I9, any false names or incorrect formats will see your application rejected. You must register your account with a valid email. Any false emails will see your application rejected. DoD Gaming can and will suspend or terminate any members account without notice if any policies are violated. Your membership login details are for your use, these cannot be transferred or surrendered to any other member. You risk account suspension or termination. Bumping up posts or repeat posting on our forums is prohibited and could result in a loss of forum privileges. Advertisement, spam or trolling is strictly prohibited throughout DoD Gaming network. Any evidence will lead to immediate account termination. Members must be courteous and respectful at all times. No threats, harassment, No-Racist, Derogator, belittling or Political comments should be directed at any fellow members. Money Frauding (Theft) the community Donation Account by members will be a permanently Banned. Then reported to local authorities. Registration Rules: You have 30 days to put in your Valid I9 Background Check with a photo copy (Ex: Scanned or photo "non-redacted filing with Homeland") of a Valid ID (List B for what IDs are accepted on I9). We Clean house once a year, so please make sure to keep your Membership active at least log into your account 1 time in a yearly cycle.
Teamspeak & Discord Policy:
No politics or religion is to be discussed in any Teamspeak/Discord Room Teamspeak/Discord Usernames must meet our strict layout requirements. No-Racist, Derogatory or Dwindling remarks to anyone. Be mindful of your surroundings at all times. Members should not distribute unauthorized software, aircraft or textures directly to other members on the DoD Gaming Network.
Temporary and permanent bans will be issued to players who break rules. The type of ban and ban period will be set according to the rule broken.
